Apply for SSTH Talent Academy in just a few steps.

How to apply:

1. Fill out the SSTH Talent Academy application form
2. Provide a copy of your health, travel, and personal liability insurance policy
3. Submit your deposit fee
4. Arrange payment of the program fee upon receipt of the invoice and within the
given payment terms.


Admission Requirements:

Age: 16 years and up


The main language of instruction of the SSTH Talent Academy is English. Therefore students are required to communicate effectively in English.

All students must hold a valid passport. Please inform yourself advanced about the visa conditions that apply.


Terms of Service:

Upon registration, you hereby agree to acknowledge and accept these general terms and conditions as essential components of the contract between you and the Swiss School of Tourism and Hospitality, Passugg.



The fees for the event come from agreement of the budget. The currency is in Swiss Francs. Prices are subject to change, particularly for services provided by partners and third parties.


Payment Terms

A fee of CHF 300.- is payable upon registration (non-refundable except in the case of program cancellation from SSTH). Payment of the entire invoice amount must be made within 14 days of receipt of the invoice. In the case of short-term registrations, the total price is payable by 8 December 2017 at the latest.


Minimum Number of Participants and Liability

The minimum number of participants for the winter program is 12 people. In case of insufficient attendance at the SSTH Talent Academy, all participants will be informed by 1 December 2017 at the latest. The deposit will be refunded within 14 days. The SSTH Hotelfachschule Passugg declines any liability for costs associated with third party businesses including but not limited to transportation, accommodation, et all.



The participant is not insured by the organizer of the event. The participant must have independently organized sufficient health, personal liability and accident insurance (including sporting accidents). A travel insurance is required. Despite the professional and safe conduct of the activities, accidents may occur. The organizer does not accept any liability for this. Participation is at your own risk. It is legally required that all students who travel to Switzerland have health and travel insurance.


Conditions of Cancellation:

A withdrawal from the contract by the customer must be submitted in writing. The conclusion of a travel insurance (cancellation, travel luggage insurance etc.) is assumed. In the case of a cancellation, the applied registration fee of CHF 300.00 will be charged as processing fee. In the event of a cancellation, the customer shall be charged the following proportion of the costs:


Up to 30 days before start 25%

29 – 20 days before start 50%

19 – 0 days before start 100%

On the day of the start 100%


Program Changes:

The organizer reserves the right to change the program activities or individual agreed services if unforeseen circumstances (weather and natural conditions, official measures or safety risks) are required. However, he shall endeavor to provide equivalent replacement services.
